Priscilla Kibbee

I love to travel all over the globe shopping for textiles to add to my wearable art. I have taught quilting to school children in Nepal, seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand, and jackets and embellishment to quilters in Turkey where I also served as a judge at 2 of their International Quilt Shows. I have created garments for 5 Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Shows and teach classes on embellishment and wearable art. Lately I have been leaning more toward making art quilts.

Its a Blizzard out There!

I woke up this morning to find at least 6" of snow outside my door. Theoretically I was supposed to be in Bolivia now but there was unrest in the areas I planned to visit so i cancelled the trip. Talk about bad planning...........And I was supposed to go to a Quilt Group meeting in Marcellus tonight and decided not to go because it kept snowing off and on. I am just not ready yet. "I think I will just hang out in this nice box till things improve"
