Irondequoit Quilt Show

I vended at the Irondequoit Quilt Show in Rochester last weekend.

Its always a wonderful show with lots of colorful, beautiful quilts.

And the group absolutely spoil volunteers and vendors with an array of delicious food and snacks.

What young boy wouldn't love this one?

This one was my absolute favorite.

One of the vendors had this great kit which I had to have. I will work on it next weekend at the Casowasco Retreat.

Irondequoit Quilt Show - Rochester

This weekend I vended at the Irondequoit Quilt Show in a Rochester, N.Y. suburb. It is held in a local church and is always a wonderful mix of traditional and modern quilts. I thought this was a delightful pieced quilt. The quilt group members are wonderful hostesses and served all the vendors home made soup and sandwiches and wonderful desserts every day.

And pumpkins of course.

I loved the two purple and yellow quilts.

The motifs on this quilt except for the Geisha were all machine embroidered. Beautifully done.
