Priscilla Kibbee

I love to travel all over the globe shopping for textiles to add to my wearable art. I have taught quilting to school children in Nepal, seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand, and jackets and embellishment to quilters in Turkey where I also served as a judge at 2 of their International Quilt Shows. I have created garments for 5 Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Shows and teach classes on embellishment and wearable art. Lately I have been leaning more toward making art quilts.

Flowers and Molas

The rhododendrun bush in front of my house has never looked more beautiful. Last year I was about to give up on it as it had only a few blossoms. It has more than made up for it this year.
My new patio now has a table and six chairs and a really neat umbrella as well as the most comfortable swing sofa I have ever seen. Beth and Marcia stopped by for a takeout Chinese Lunch (and frozen weight watchers for Beth) and took a look at the more than 200 molas which i brought back on this trip.
They make quite a pile.
