Priscilla Kibbee

I love to travel all over the globe shopping for textiles to add to my wearable art. I have taught quilting to school children in Nepal, seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand, and jackets and embellishment to quilters in Turkey where I also served as a judge at 2 of their International Quilt Shows. I have created garments for 5 Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Shows and teach classes on embellishment and wearable art. Lately I have been leaning more toward making art quilts.

Dominic's Pre-School Graduation

This evening I attended my great-grandson Dominic's Pre-School graduation. Here they are getting ready for the grand march into the auditorium. Dominic is third from the right.

He is four and a bit of a ham.

Time to get serious for the grand walk.

Shhhh! They march down the aisle to the strains of Pomp and Circumstance. This is serious business.

The group gets settled into their chairs on stage.

Then sing a group of animated songs to the delight of the audience.

After the handing out of diplomas it was time for gifts of balloons, army men and candy and cupcakes in the lobby to celebrate the big event.
