Priscilla Kibbee

I love to travel all over the globe shopping for textiles to add to my wearable art. I have taught quilting to school children in Nepal, seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand, and jackets and embellishment to quilters in Turkey where I also served as a judge at 2 of their International Quilt Shows. I have created garments for 5 Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Shows and teach classes on embellishment and wearable art. Lately I have been leaning more toward making art quilts.

Another Wonderful Day at Marcia De Camp's Studio

Marcia had this terrific piece from her last two weeks at Nancy Crow's Barn. I love the color combination.
I worked a bit on these wonky squares from fabric left over from another quilt. I am adding purple and lime squares to the mix.

And I worked a bit on adding black sashing and red crazypieced sashing to these three molas for a wall hanging.

Marcia spent a greater part of the day working on this colorful piece...also from Nancy Crow's.

And we were treated to look at yet another piece, which looks better in the horizontal than the vertical.

Inspector Suki thought Beth's drawing of a flower needed extra inspection.

And gave the tissue pattern which went with it some serious inspection.
