Priscilla Kibbee

I love to travel all over the globe shopping for textiles to add to my wearable art. I have taught quilting to school children in Nepal, seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand, and jackets and embellishment to quilters in Turkey where I also served as a judge at 2 of their International Quilt Shows. I have created garments for 5 Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Shows and teach classes on embellishment and wearable art. Lately I have been leaning more toward making art quilts.

Camping (or RVing) in the Florida Keys

I have just returned home after spending a few days with my daughter and son in law in an RV park in the Florida Keys. They had a campsite on the Gulf of Mexico. These are the adjoining sites and RV's. The pink one is a "permanent" RV. Many of the sites also have a "tiki hut" which is the structure at the end.
View of the Gulf from their site.

Their RV and the truck which pulls it.

This is a new model with a kitchen outside. Refrigerator, cupboards, two burner stove and barbeque grill. There are two bedrooms in the RV and a kitchen/living dining room with a queensize sleeper sofa. It sleeps ten.
