Jacket Class Day Three

Inspector Suki dropped by early for an inspection. Some cording caught her careful eye and she decided to do some quality control by chewing a strand of it. Then there is the ironing board to review to make sure that the heat doesn't rise above tolerable levels.
Mary gets ready for the first fitting of her Butterfly Jacket. We removed a bit of pleating under the arm for her.

Pat finishes the back of her jacket. This became one of the "funeral" jackets constructed on the back wall.
She also brought in this glorious striped top for us to take a look at.

Nancy has her best "fabric" all completed and is adding some finishing touches. You can also see Marcia's work on the next wall. She spent most of the day making seminole strips. And Beth also completed the "fabric" for her own Butterfly Jacket.

Claire was able to finish hers to the point of being able to try it on and fit it. She plans to wear it on a trip to Germany.
Janet made the other "funeral" jacket which is absolutely fabulous. It even has set in sleeves.

Pat makes a great deal of progress with the front of her jacket.

Beth finished the back of her jacket with three small molas.
