And this is the entrance to the "real" sewing room. Pretty sad huh?

Of course there is a TV/VCR in here to watch while I am working so that I don't have to look at the mess. I have my work cut out for me here don't you think?
I love to travel all over the globe shopping for textiles to add to my wearable art. I have taught quilting to school children in Nepal, seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand, and jackets and embellishment to quilters in Turkey where I also served as a judge at 2 of their International Quilt Shows. I have created garments for 5 Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Shows and teach classes on embellishment and wearable art. Lately I have been leaning more toward making art quilts.
Well, if it is any consolation, except for the window placement, it could be my sewing room. I do have a dvd player as well as the vcr and tv though!!
ReplyDeleteonce again, I am comforted by the fact your room is "decorated" in my very favorite style...
